Booth Size: TEN feet (10') of backdrop x SIX feet (6') deep (Total 60 square feet. Includes 1-6' draped table, 2 - folding chairs, 7"x49" signage, and 1-500 watt electrical outlet*

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: Receive a $50 discount for Early Bird Registration by February 1, 2010. Requires completed contract with $500 advance. Balance is due March 15, 2010.

	2. This signature acknowledges acceptance of the Exhibition Regulations and Conditions.
	3. Payment of $500 is due with contract for $50 Early Bird discount. checks to be made payable to the Organizers - Kodiak Chamber of commerce.
	4. Deadline for registration and final payment is March 15, 2010. Cancellation of exhibit space prior to the March 19, 2010 date will be subject to a $250 service fee. No refunds will be made after March 19, 2010.

	Having read the Regulations and Conditions for ComFish Alaska 2010, we hereby contract for exhibition space. We undertake to be bound by, to observe, and perform such regulations and conditions and to accept allotment of the space applied and to pay the cost of participation on or before March 15, 2010.
