Former W.W.II army outpost, this 183 acre park
holds many remnants from that period. Thirteen
camp sites, hiking trails, picnicking facilities,
historic and natural history displays.
Pasagshak State Recreation Area
40 miles south of Kodiak on the Pasagshak Road.
Restrooms, picnicking and camping facilities.
The visitor center offers displays, films, information
and reservations for eight public use cabins located
in the refuge.
